2.\nPUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER APPROVING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\nBLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROJECTS AND BUDGET FOR THE NEW CDBG PROGRAM\nYEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2026 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027 AND FINDING THAT SUCH\nDECLARATION IS NOT A PROJECT SUBJECT TO ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW UNDER\nTHE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Open the public hearing, receive testimony and presentation of the\nproposed projects, and adopt Resolution No. 2025-C57 the 2026-2027 Community Development Block\nGrant (CDBG) Program, and finding that such declaration is not a project subject to environmental\nreview under the California Environmental Quality Act; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nall contracts and Agreements, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority (LACDA) and CDBG Program subrecipients.
