NAPPER]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution\nappointing Assistant City Manager Jacqueline Rocco as the new City\nManager, effective January 8, 2026, approving an employment agreement\nwith Ms. Rocco and amending the salary schedule.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD\nAPPOINTING\nJACQUELINE\nROCCO\nAS\nCITY\nMANAGER AND APPROVING A CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT\nAGREEMENT”; and 2) Approve the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Citywide Salary\nSchedule reflecting all City positions and associated salaries to meet the\nCalifornia Public Employees' Retirement System requirements of\nGovernment Code § 20636(b)(1) and California Code of Regulations §\n570.5.
