HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Agreement for Maintenance Services with DMS Facility Services, Inc.\nto increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement to provide\njanitorial and building maintenance services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Maintenance Services with DMS Facility Services, Inc. to provide\njanitorial and building maintenance services for an increased amount of\n$11,502,598.18 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $21,207,164.12;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the amendment to the Agreements.
