(H207143).\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThese amendments will extend contract duration only and do not have\nassociated Fiscal Considerations.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nAdopt the following Ordinances which were introduced on 3/14/2023, Item\n50, Subitem-A, Subitem-B, Subitem-C, and Subitem-D (Council voted 9-0):\nSubitem-A: (O-2023-121)\nOrdinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute the First\nAmendment to the as-needed Agreement with Michael Baker International,\nInc. (H207140) extending the Agreement to 72 months to complete tasks that\nalready issued under the Agreement.\n6 votes required pursuant to Charter Section 99.\nSubitem-B: (O-2023-122)\nOrdinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute the First\nAmendment to the as-needed Agreement with Parsons Transportation\nGroup, Inc.
