I.19\nPURCHASE OF UTILITY SWITCHGEAR (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS) (ALL\nDISTRICTS)\nAuthorize A Purchase Agreement With G&W Electric Company For The Purchase Of\nUtility Switchgear\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Purchase Agreement with G&W Electric\nCompany for the purchase of utility switchgear for the amount of $677,843.10; and\n2. Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to G&W Electric Company in the\namount of $677,843.10, when the contract has been signed by all parties; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments to the\nAgreement with G&W Electric Company within the City Council approved annual\nbudgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the associated purchase\norders in accordance with the terms of the agreement, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney.
