Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council:\n1. Approve an additional $100,010 of Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) grant funds to be\nadded to Program Supplement No. A168 to Administering Agency-State Master Agreement\nNo. 07-5249S21, for the Lomita Boulevard at Madison Street Traffic Signal Installation Project,\nT-171, HSIPSL-0549(033), thereby increasing the total amount of HSIP grant funds from $537,790\nto $637,800; and\n2. Appropriate the additional $100,010 of Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) grant funds to\nthe Citywide Traffic Signal Improvements, T-171 (Lomita Boulevard at Madison Street), thereby\nincreasing the project budget from $2,929,320 to $3,029,330.
