Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $37,500.10 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the General Services Director that City Council:\n1. Approve a first amendment to contract services agreement with Kindness General Contractors, LLC\nof Cypress, CA, (C2025-205) to increase the contract amount by $34,091 and increase the 10%\ncontingency by $3,409.10, for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $279,915.90, for the IT Tenant\nImprovement Project, for a one-year (1) beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026; and\n2. Adopt a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical exemption pursuant to\nSection 15301 (Existing Facilities).
