Expenditure: $708,103 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Chief of Police that City Council approve a first amendment to the contract services\nagreement with ACE Parking Management, Inc. of San Diego, CA (C2024-292), in the amount of $708,103,\nfor a new total not-to-exceed amount of $1,273,697, for supplemental parking enforcement services, and\nextend the term for a one-year (1) period beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, with\ntwo additional one-year (1) extension options.
