11. 25-57193\nRecommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute a grant\nagreement, and any necessary documents, with the State of California Department\nof Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways, for the Surrender\nand Abandoned Vessel Exchange Program, effective through September 30, 2027,\nto accept and expend grant funding in an amount not to exceed $50,000; authorize\na ten percent cash or in-kind match requirement of $5,000; execute any future\ndocuments, including amendments, necessary to accept, implement, and\nadminister the agreement; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Tidelands Area Fund Group in the Department of\nParks, Recreation and Marine by $50,000, offset by grant revenue.
