Notice of Completion for FY 2023-24 Street Rehabilitation and FY 2024-25 Sidewalk Replacement Project\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1) Accept the project completion by Sequel Contractors, Inc., for the FY\n2023-24 Street Rehabilitation and FY 2024-25 Sidewalk Replacement Project; 2) Authorize staff to file the Notice of\nCompletion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder County Clerk’s Office for the FY 2023-24 Street\nRehabilitation and FY 2024-25 Sidewalk replacement Project; and 3) Authorize staff to release the retention in the\namount of $104,265.84 for the FY 2023-24 Street Rehabilitation and FY 2024-25 Sidewalk Replacement Project.
