South Bay Regional Housing Trust by the South Bay Cities Council of Governments Board of Directors\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1) Discuss SBCCOG's request and receive their presentation; or 2) Approve\njoining the South Bay Regional Housing Trust (SBRHT) and authorize the Mayor to execute the Joint Powers\nAgreement (JPA), which would help fund the development and construction of affordable housing in the South Bay; or\n3) Provide further direction to staff.
