Item 616:\nExemption of one (1) Program Coordinator Position in the City of San Diego from\nClassified Service.  (Added 12/12/25)\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis position is budgeted in the Fiscal Year 2026 budget within the Solid Waste\nManagement Fund.\nCouncil District(s) Affected:  Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\n(O-2026-59)\nIntroduction of an Ordinance authorizing the exemption of a Program Coordinator\nposition in the City’s Environmental Services Department from the Classified Service,\nbased on advisory review and favorable comment by the Civil Service Commission on\nJuly 3, 2025.
