In addition, notwithstanding the foregoing, the\nProject also qualifies for the Common Sense Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution approving the purchase of 61 First Avenue (APN 566-131-05-00) for the\npurposes of the Lower Sweetwater Community Park Project, amending the fiscal year 2025-26\nbudget, and appropriating funds for this purpose.
