CONSIDER RECORDING A “NOTICE OF EXEMPTION” IN THE OFFICE OF THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY CLERK AND WITH THE STATE CLEARING HOUSE FOR PROJECT NO. 1753 (UNIVERSITY\nDRIVE REHABILITATION - AVALON BLVD TO WILMINGTON AVE), PURSUANT TO SECTION 15302 OF\nTHE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT GUIDELINES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. MAKE the California Environmental Quality Act finding that the proposed Project No. 1753:\nUniversity Drive Rehabilitation from Avalon Blvd to Wilmington Ave is categorically exempt\npursuant to Section 15302 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines; and,\n— 2.
