33. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nALBERT A. WEBB TO PROVIDE AN INTERIM TRAFFIC ENGINEER TO THE PUBLIC WORKS\nDEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with Albert\nA. Webb Associates to provide staff augmentation for an Interim Traffic Engineer, increasing\nthe contract amount by $130,000 and resulting in a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$1,330,000; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2, subject to approval as\nto form by the City Attorney.
