27. CONSIDER AWARDING A FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAMSARA INC. FOR\nFLEET TELEMETRY AND DIAGNOSTICS SERVICES, FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT'S FLEET\nDIVISION (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD a Contract Services Agreement with Samsara Inc. for a five-year term in a not-to-\nexceed amount of $153,900.00 (Exhibit 4); and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Contract Services Agreement with Samsara Inc.,\nsubject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
