26. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE ON-CALL CONTRACT WITH RED WING\nBRANDS OF AMERICA, INC. FOR AS NEEDED PURCHASE OF UNIFORM SAFETY WORK BOOTS,\nSHOES, AND ACCESSORIES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the On-Call Contract with Red Wing Brands of America, Inc.\nfor as needed purchase of uniform safety work boots, shoes, and accessories, increasing the\ncontract sum by $125,000 for a total contract sum of $230,000 and extending the term until\nJuly 30, 2027; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
