10.\nAWARD CONTRACT: ALUMINUM AND GLAZING SERVICES FOR THE ALHAMBRA\nCOMMUNITY CENTER – F2M22-65, N2M25-132, C2M26-2, M2M26-4\nOn January 27, 2025, the City Council authorized the issuance of Notice Inviting Bids for\nthe construction activities for the Alhambra Community Center Project. On Tuesday,\nNovember 4, 2025, the City Clerk received seven bids for aluminum and glazing services\nfor the Alhambra Community Center. McKernan Inc. submitted the lowest responsive bid.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council award a contract, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, to McKernan Inc. for aluminum and\nglazing services for the Alhambra Community Center in the total amount not to exceed\n$875,100; and, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.\n(M2M26-4)
