9.\nAWARD CONTRACT: HISTORIC RESTORATION SERVICES FOR THE ALHAMBRA\nCOMMUNITY CENTER – F2M22-65, N2M25-148, C2M26-1, M2M26-3\nOn January 27, 2025, the City Council authorized the issuance of Notice Inviting Bids for\nthe construction activities for the Alhambra Community Center Project. On December 18,\n2025, the City Clerk received one bid for the historic restoration services for the Alhambra\nCommunity Center. The bid received from K.C. Restoration Co., Inc. is the lowest\nresponsive bid.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council award a contract, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, by and between the City of Alhambra and\nK.C. Restoration Co., Inc. for historic restoration services for the Alhambra Community\nCenter in an amount to exceed $1,352,526.00; and, direct staff to undertake the steps\nnecessary to finalize Council’s action.
