11.7\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a First Amendment\nto the Memorandum of Understanding by and Between the\nCity of Bell Gardens and the Gateway Cities Council of\nGovernments for Services Provided as Part of the Southern\nCalifornia Association of Governments’ Regional Early Action\nPlanning Subregional Partnership 2.0 Grant Program\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council adopt\nthe attached Resolution approving a First Amendment to the\nMemorandum of Understanding between the City of Bell Gardens and\nthe Gateway Cities Council of Governments, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney, to expand the scope of work to include a focused\nupdate to the City’s Land Use Element of the General Plan.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 – Resolution No. 2026-02\nExhibit 2 – First Amendment to MOU with Exhibits
