5.\nApprove the First Amendment to Agreement with KOA Corporation, increasing the not to exceed\namount by $75,072 from $298,205.60 to $373,277.60, for civil engineering design services for the\nCitywide Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Gap Closure Project; and authorize the Director of\nPublic Works, or designee, to execute the amendment and take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the agreement.
