9.\nWaive Council Policy 4.1 and approve a Licensed Training Provider Agreement with The\nAmerican National Red Cross, in an amount not to exceed $100,000, to allow Anaheim Fire &\nRescue to utilize American Red Cross training materials and issue nationally recognized course\ncertifications for a three year term; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the\nagreement and related documents, including any cost-neutral amendments and to take the\nnecessary actions to implement, fund, and administer the agreement.
