7.\nApprove a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Agreement with Taller San Jose Hope\nBuilders dba Hope Builders, in an amount not to exceed $555,987, to assist local disadvantaged\nyouth to prepare for joining the workforce for a term beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30,\n2027; and authorize the Director of Housing & Community Development Department, or\ndesignee, to execute and administer the agreement.
