11.8\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving Three Separate\nFourth Amendments to the Professional Services Agreements\nBetween the City of Bell Gardens and LAN WAN Enterprise,\nInc. for: 1) IT Services for the City; 2) IT Services for the Police\nDepartment; and 3) Voice Over Internet Protocol System\nServices\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff's recommendation that the City\nCouncil approve the attached Resolution authorizing the City\nManager to execute three separate Fourth Amendments to the\nProfessional Services Agreements between the City of Bell Gardens\nand LAN WAN Enterprise, Inc. for: 1) IT Services for the City; 2) IT\nServices for the Police Department; and 3) Voice Over Internet\nProtocol System Services.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution No. 2026-03\nExhibit 2 - Fourth Amendment for City\nExhibit 3 - Fourth Amendment for Police Department\nExhibit 4 - Fourth Amendment for VOIP
