11.11 Acceptance of the John Anson Ford Park Aquatics Center\nImprovements (CIP No. 3888) as Complete\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Accept the John Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatics Center\nImprovements (CIP No. 3888) as complete;\n2. Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion; and\n3. Appropriate an additional $382,200 in General Funds to cover\nconstruction contingency costs.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Notice of Completion
