4.\nAuthorize the issuance of Purchase Order No. 515-407201 to Mity-Lite, Inc., in an amount not to\nexceed $185,003.24 plus applicable sales tax, for the purchase of replacement dance floor\npanels for the Anaheim Convention Center; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to\nexecute all necessary contractual documents in accordance with Invitation for Bids No. 9869.
