3.1 APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS OF CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES\nTO CITY ADVISORY COMMITTEES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES\nAND SELECTION OF INTERIM MAYOR (CC)\nACTION:\n1) Appoint City Council delegates and alternates to outside governmental\nagencies on which the City has representation for the 2026 calendar year.\n2) Appoint City Council representatives and approve staff appointments to\nvarious City of Irvine advisory Commissions, Committees and Task Forces for\nthe 2026 calendar year.\n3) Adopt Fair Political Practices Commission Public Official Appointment Form\n806 and direct the City Clerk to post an amended form to the City website to\nreport any change in appointments to the governmental agencies providing\nstipends as determined by the City Council.\n4) Adopt - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nIRVINE,\nCALIFORNIA,\nDESIGNATING\nAND\nAPPOINTING\nITS\nREPRESENTATIVE TO THE ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY'S\nBOARD OF DIRECTORS\n5) Select an Interim Mayor for the ensuing year.\n3.1
