5.\nApproval of Professional Services Agreement for the Preparation of\nPlans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate (PS&E) for the\nEmergency Operations Center (EOC) Grant-Funded Project\nThe City Council will consider:\n1. Approving a professional services agreement with John G. Cataldo A.I.A.,\nC.S.I., Architect, Inc., in the amount of $174,000.00 and authorize the Mayor\nto execute the agreement in a form approved by City Attorney and furthermore\nauthorize City Manager and/or Director of Public Works to execute any\namendments to the agreement with John G. Cataldo A.I.A., C.S.I., Architect,\nInc. should it become necessary, and\n2. Approving up to 10% of the total contract value in contingencies for\nunforeseen additional design services, and\n3.
