Approving an Agreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc., to provide inspection services\nfor the construction of the SGPD HVAC Replacement, City Project No. 667-GEN, in an amount\nnot to exceed $84,000; and\nb. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
