9.\nAmendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 24-2384 with Eurofins Eaton Analytical,\nLLC for Water Quality Sampling Services.\n(700)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 24-\n2384 with Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC (Eurofins), increasing the contract\namount by $85,000, (total not-to-exceed $325,000 for the remainder of the\nexisting two-year term), which will end on June 30, 2026, to provide State-\nmandated water quality sampling services; and\n2. Authorize the Executive Director or his designee to execute the amendment\nin a form approved by the City Attorney.\n1-13-2026 Agenda City Council
