Approving a Professional Services Agreement with BOA to prepare design and construction\ndocuments for the South Gate Emergency Operational Center, City Project No. 582-ARC, for an\namount not to exceed $129,800; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
