C. Approval of the Fifth Modification to Agreement #11051 with Clean Earth Environmental Solutions\nfor Hazardous Waste Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1.     Adopt a finding of categorical exemptions pursuant to Sections 15301 and 15308 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2.     Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a fifth modification to Agreement\n#11051 in an amount of $582,031 with Clean Earth Environmental Solutions, Inc.\n(formerly Stericycle Environmental Solutions), for hazardous waste services for the\nPublic Works Department. This will result in a five-year, eight-month amended agreement\nwith a new total amount not to exceed $2,780,031, with future year funding contingent on\nCouncil budget approval.\na.
