Approve Third Modification of Contract with Swiftly, Ltd. for Real Time Bus Arrival Predictions\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1.     Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant environmental effects pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Guidelines.\n2.     Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a third modification to agreement\n#11000 in the amount of $718,751, with Swiftly Ltd., for a cloud-hosted Software as a\nService (SaaS) solution for customer-focused real-time schedule information and service\nperformance metrics for staff for the Department of Transportation.
