Portal Brazil USA, and 3.)\nSan Diego Community Birth Center are exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to sections 15301 and 15323 of the CEQA\nGuidelines.\nSubitem-B: (R-2023-518)\nResolution authorizing the Mayor, or their designee, to enter into Agreements\nwith 1.)
