4.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE MERINO GROUP TO PROVIDE CRISIS COMMUNICATION AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the award of a Professional Services Agreement to the Merino Group\nto provide crisis communication, and emergency response services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate final terms and execute Professional\nServices Agreement.
