14.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4193 WITH PACIFIC COAST ELEVATOR\nCORPORATION (AMTECH ELEVATOR SERVICES) FOR ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4193 between the City of Montebello and Pacific Coast\nElevator Corporation, DBA Amtech Elevator Services, to increase compensation for contract year 2025\n– 2026 by $30,000; and\n2. Amend the adopted Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $30,000 in Account 100-\n30-510-6040.60 (General Fund, Public Works, Building Maintenance, Contract Services-Building\nMaintenance/Repairs); and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
