16.\nAWARD AGREEMENT NO. 4449 TO CARTER ENTERPRISE GROUP, INC. (DBA PAVEMENT REHAB\nCOMPANY) FOR THE CITYWIDE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) ENHANCEMENTS (CP 939)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Construction Contract Agreement to Pavement Rehab Company for the Citywide ADA\nEnhancements Project (CP 939) as the most responsive, responsible bidder for the amount of\n$1,234,000; and\n2. Approve a fifteen percent (15%) construction contingency in the amount of $185,100; and\n3. Authorize the City Clerk’s Office to release all other bidders’ bonds; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction agreement and all change orders in good faith;\nand\n5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
