12.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4001 WITH ALLTECH\nINDUSTRIES INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF CROSSING GUARD SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 4001 with Alltech Industries, Inc. for\nthe provision of Crossing Guard Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment to the Agreement on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
