9.\nAWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NOS. 4439 AND 4440 WITH HINDERLITER DE LLAMAS\nAND ASSOCIATES (HDL COMPANIES) FOR TRANSACTION AND USE TAX AND SALES TAX AUDIT AND\nINFORMATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4440 with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates (HdL\nCompanies) for Transaction and Use Tax Audit and Information Services related to Measure H; and\n2. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4439 with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates (HdL\nCompanies) for Sales Tax Audit and Information Services (Bradley Burns Sales Tax); and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
