19.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4430 WITH GEO-COMM INC. FOR MAPPING AND GIS SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4430 with Geo-Comm for mapping services; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $50,000 in Account Nos. 265-\n80-834-6010.40 (Grants, Police COPS Technology Equipment Program, Machinery and Equipment-\nComputer Software [Expenditures]) and 265-99-4198.25 (Grants, Non-Departmental Misc.Grants-COPS\nTechnology Equipment Program [Revenue]; and\n4. Take such additional related action that may be desirable.
