C.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACT SERVICE AGREEMENT 25B194 WITH\nE M D CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR ON-CALL DOORS AND WINDOWS\nINSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 25B194 with E M D Construction, Inc., to\nprovide on-call doors and windows installation, maintenance and repair services for\nthe Public Works Department for an additional amount of $595,000 and for a total\nrevised contract amount not to exceed $995,000 through July 21, 2028, with two one-\nyear extension options at the City’s sole discretion; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
