D.\nAPPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY OF PALM SPRINGS WIRELESS\nCOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES SITE LEASE WITH LOS ANGELES SMSA LIMITED\nPARTNERSHIP, DBA VERIZON WIRELESS, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1901\nEAST BARISTO ROAD\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the proposed First Amendment to City of Palm Springs Wireless\nCommunications Facilities Site Lease with Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership\ndba Verizon Wireless for the property located at 1901 East Baristo Road to extend the\nterm for three additional renewal periods of five years each, commencing on October\n1, 2028, adjust rent and annual escalation and other updates outlined therein.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
