9.\nAmendment to Contract Between the Board of Administration California Public\nEmployees Retirement System and the City Council City of Calabasas\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-1993 Resolution of Intention to Approve an\nAmendment to Contract Between the Board of Administration California Public\nEmployees Retirement System and the City Council City of Calabasas; and\n2. Introduce and conduct first reading of Ordinance No. 2026-421, waiving full\nreading of the text, authorizing an amendment to the contract between the Board\nof Administration California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS) and\nthe City of Calabasas (City) to provide Section 20903 (two years additional service\ncredit) for local miscellaneous members.
