6.\nRECOMMENDATION TO SELECT DEVELOPER FOR THE 11 ACRE\nCOMPETITIVE OFFERING WITHIN THE PACIFIC CENTER EAST\nSPECIFIC PLAN Recommendation to select developer Lincoln Property\nCompany to negotiate for the disposition and development of Planning\nArea 10 of the Pacific Center East Specific Plan.
