Approval of the Applications for Participation in the Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) Program for Fiscal Years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 for Housing Rehabilitation and\nPublic Facilities and Improvements\n— 1. Open and conduct a public hearing;\n— 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-01 approving Fiscal Years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29\napplications to the County of Orange for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding\nfor Housing Rehabilitation;\n— 3. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-02 approving Fiscal Years 2026-27 application to the County of\nOrange for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for Public Facilities &\nImprovements;\n— 4. If awarded, authorize the City Manager, on behalf of the City Council, to execute\nforthcoming grant agreements with the County of Orange; and
