RESOLUTION NO.      - Acceptance of Artwork Donation:  And execution of an Artwork Donation Agreement, covering an artwork from Bia Gayotto titled "Sleepers #1-6," to be installed on an as-needed basis as part of the Los Angeles International Airport Art Exhibition Program \nPURPOSE: The proposed Artwork Donation Agreement will authorize the transfer of an artwork by Bia Gayotto, titled "Sleepers #1-6," from Bia Gayotto to Los Angeles World Airports, for as-needed display at Los Angeles International Airport. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.i of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; approve acceptance of donation of an artwork from Bia Gayotto; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute the Artwork Donation Agreement after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
