J.\nConsider a status update on the Western Avenue Traffic Flow Improvements\nProject and approve Amendment No. 2 to the Funding Agreement with Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA). (Casil)\nRecommendation: 1) Receive and file an update on the Western Avenue\nTraffic Flow Improvements Project; 2) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the\nFunding Agreement with LACMTA authorizing a total grant allocation of\n$4,980,000 in Measure M Funds for the construction phase of the Project;\nand, 3) Approve an additional appropriation of $2,076,900 from the Special\nRevenue Fund for Measure M; and, 4) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Amendment, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
