H.\nConsider ratifying amendments to Public Works Agreements previously\napproved by the City Council. (Mesker/Fraley)\nRecommendation: 1) Ratify term extensions, initially approved by the Public\nWorks Department, for the following Public Works Agreements previously\napproved by the City Council with optional term extensions:\na. National Utility Locators, LLC. (utility locating and field marking) - extending\noriginal 1-year term by 2 years\nb. Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. (graffiti removal) - extending original 3-year\nterm by 3 years\nc. Permitech Solutions, formally Telecom Law Firm (wireless communications\nregulatory review) - extending original 3-year term by 2 years\nd. Fehr & Peers (transportation and traffic engineering) - extending original 4-\nyear term by 1 year\ne. General Technologies and Solutions, LLC (transportation and traffic\nengineering) - extending original 4-year term by 1 year\nf. Kittelson & Associates, Inc. (transportation and traffic engineering) -\nextending original 4-year term by 1 year;\n2) Approve an increase to the not-to-exceed limits to account for anticipated\nexpenditures with the extended working terms for the following two Public\nWorks Agreements:\na. National Utility Locators, LLC - Increase from $42,000 for the original 1-year\nterm to $126,000 to account for the additional 2-year term.\nb. Graffiti Protective Coating, Inc. - Increase from $216,000 for the original 3-\nyear term to $432,000 to account for the additional 3-year term.\nAgenda Report
