APPROVE the proposed Letter of Agreement between the City of Carson and the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for the Avalon Boulevard\nFirst/Last Mile Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods Project, and authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreement.
