23. CONSIDER AWARD OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT TO WEST COAST ARBORISTS,\nINC. FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY’S URBAN FORESTRY MASTER PLAN (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE and AWARD the proposed Professional Services Contract with West Coast\nArborists, Inc. to develop the City’s Urban Forestry Master Plan, in an amount not to exceed\n$170,800; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract, following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
